Here is a shot of the grounding of the tower pole. I used some of that
left over #2 wire and a ground lug. I drilled a hole through the steel
plate and then used a stainless steel bolt and lockwasher to attach the
lug. The wire runs to an 8 foot ground rod. The Kill switch box as well
as the ground wires in the pvc box where the lightning arrestors are
mounted are all bonded together and also connect to the gorund rod here.

Here is a picture of how I ground the guy wires. I used cable clamps
and some old well wire. I stripped the wire back and clamped it to the
guy cables and then run the wire down to an 8 foot ground rod close to
the footer here. ARE recommends grounding the pole (which I did) and
all four of the other footers. Here again I took my own approach and
decided to only ground the two sets of guy wires that are FURTHEST away
from my shack. This way I am directing the lightning away from my
equipment instead of towards it. It makes sense to me but is not the
A.R.E. recommended way. Oh well, I am following my own philosophy
here and it seems to fit my specific circumstance where my electrical
equipment is within 70 feet of the turbine.
